CarlaSofia began her caregiving journey at Philadelphia Nursing Home (500 sub-acute beds) in 1994 as the youngest Director of Nursing Staffing Services. She found her calling in caring for Pediatrics, AIDS, Sub-Acute, Hospice and Continuous Care home health patients while delivering complete transparency in patient care. While at PNH she dedicated herself to working with mental health community and giving a voice to all those living on the streets as a consequence of psycho-social challenges.
CarlaSofia is a cancer survivor and feels blessed to have the opportunity to spearhead an organization which promotes quality of life for our first responders, clients and patients.
Sammy graduated from Harvard University Medical School with a focus in Newborn Care and Developmental Pediatrics. He serves the children at our center, providing a foundation for life-long health.
Sam attended the University of Texas for her Medical Degree and completed her residency in Minneapolis. With broad experience in diagnostic medicine, she provides extensive knowledge to our team.
